Good ingredients and ‘know how’ is necessary to bring out the authenticity of traditional recipes and then encase them in a perfect pastry, as we do.
We support organic farming some of those ingredients used in our pies include: organic wheat flour, organic spelt flour, organic besan / chickpea flour , organic beef, organic tofu, organic brown rice, organic sultanas and organic shoyu. All of our pies are also GMO and preservative free.
Our other quality ingredients include: Australian Extra virgin olive oil which we use in all our cooking as well as in the pastry of the vegan & gluten free range. Butter, which has been a part of cooking for centuries amongst many different cultures, is used in the pastry and some of the recipes of our gourmet range. We believe there is no substitute that imitates butter for superior taste and health.
