Award Winning Baker Seeks Seachange at Byron Gourmet Pies

Mark Morrall joined Byron Gourmet pies in April and comes from four generations of Bakers. Mark spent the past 14 years as Managing Director of Morall’s Bakery in Bourke in Western New South Wales. Mark is building a house in Bangalow with his wife and two children. The ex Bourke Shire Councillor is enjoying the scenic ocean view’s on his drive to work at the Byron Gourmet Pies Factory in Byron Bay. Mark has produced many award winning pies and has many certifications from a diploma of Retail Management, Retail Baking, and Food Safety. Mark is a member of the baking industry association of N.S.W and will be a great asset to the team at Byron Gourmet Pies.
