Conventional oven heating is preferred to microwave. Place a small oven proof dish with water in the bottom of the oven for best pastry results.
The product can be heated in the wrappings.
For the best results, thaw the pies out slowly (not using a microwave), leave in fridge overnight for use the next day.
Once thawed do not refreeze.
Byron Gourmet Pies last up to 3 days in fridge, once they have been thawed for use the next day.
For Ovens: Preheat to 150.C / 160.C Depending on Thawed or Frozen
Thawed 20 -25 mins @ 160.C
Frozen 40 – 45 mins @ 150.C
Thawed: High for 1 min 45 seconds and stand for 30 seconds,
Frozen: Defrost 3 min, High 2 mins stand for 30 seconds

Storage at -18.C
Pie Warmers should be set at 80.C for the pies once they have been heated in oven.
