Good ingredients and ‘know how’ is necessary  to bring out the authenticity of traditional recipes and then encase them in a perfect pastry, as we do.

We support organic and free range farming and some of those ingredients used in our pies include: organic beef and free range chicken. All of our pies are GMO-free, with no added preservatives. 

Our other quality ingredients include: butter which has been part of cooking for centuries amongst many different cultures, is used in some of our gourmet range such as Chicken Mornay, Tuna Mornay and Chicken Pesto. We believe there is no substitute that imitates butter for superior taste and health. Our pastry is made in-house from scratch which means the quality and consistency is measured with a fine eye. 

Combined with fresh herbs and vegetables, inhouse made pesto and lots of love and passion - Our effort to contribute better food to the community. 

We acknowledge and respect people's varying dietary needs and philosophies and have put a lot of effort and research into producing our vegetarian range as well as vegan and gluten free pies that keep customers coming back for more.
